Happy Anniversary to Us!!!

I cant believe on this day five years ago Ryan and I were married. It seems like we have been together for longer than that (maybe its because of our kids :) )!! The weather was perfect, nice and sunny and there were so many friends of ours there. Plus, I got to dress like a princess three times!!! One for the temple and the other for the receptions in Carlsbad and in Hobbs. Who would have thought that six months after a blind date I would be lucky to marry such a wonderful man. Hunny I love you, and although our first year of marriage (to put it nicely) was hard I wouldn't trade it for anything. I look forward to spending all eternity with you.

Our first kiss as a married couple.

Ryan's family. Erin, Richie, Marianne, Ryan and myself, Leanne, and Greggy.

My family. Morgan, bro Carlos, myself and Ryan, and mom.

Time To Grow Up!!!!

I had always told myself and others that as soon as Jared Andersen came home from his mission I would finally chop off Isaac's hair. Well that day came in the summer and I could not bring myself to do it. I love the curls on my baby's head. And I think that was the main reason I couldn't bring myself to do it. Isaac is my baby and giving him a big boy hair cut would mean exactly that he would be a big boy. I just couldn't loose my little baby, even after Sue Daniels jokingly told me that his hair looked like a cheap toupee (which is still an ongoing joke at home). The last week I had been thinking about how big my little man has gotten and the fact that we WILL be having an actual baby in the home in 5 months, so I mustered up the courage and took Isaac to get a hair cut. We went to Pro cuts b/c it was the only place that gave them a certificate stating it was their first haircut. Isaac ended up sitting in my lap b/c he was a bit scared of the chair. Then the haircut began and so did Isaac's protest in the form of crying, and as I saw my baby's curls fall to the ground I began to cry also. Yes I was an emotional baby and cried with my little boy. To which the hairstylist responded to by saying:"Now I don't need both of you crying!!" So I stopped so I wouldn't look like to much of a fool. Below are pics of my little boy.

Not happy about the haircut!!

Ryan's Theater Debut!!! Not To Be Confused with De Butt!!!

I have always wanted Ryan to participate in a musical here in Carlsbad but there is always work or kids or any other excuse that has caused him not to participate. But this year a friend of ours Krystle Ricks directed the musical "Lucky Stiff" and so I quickly volunteered my hubby to be a part of it. I did not see Ryan for a month but I think it was worth it. He absolutely loved being back on stage performing. His eyes just seemed to shine with excitement. So the sacrifice of being a theater widow was worth it and I'm totally pushing him to do another one. So Ryan plays an Optometrist who is kinda of a wussy boy that gets bossed around by his wife and mother-in-law. For all of you who know him you know this is totally not like him AT ALL!!! He is hilarious!! I didn't know my hubby could act but he did so well and got many laughs!! Especially in act two and his costume change. I took Nathan to one of the performances and he loved it. After he asked Ryan to take him on stage, I think we might have a future performer in the family. Below are some pics of my fab hubby in his super funny costume and the amazing cast of "Lucky Stiff".

Happy 7th Benjamin!!

Benjamin's birthday was on the 19th and I still can't get used to the fact that I have a kid that is that old!! Holy moly time flies by!! His actual birthday was pretty uneventful because it was a week day so I just took cupcakes to his class. But he got to go out on a date with Memaw for ice cream and his pick of present. Well Memaw is kinda of a softy so he ended up with two presents. Then on Saturday my parents came into town and he got more presents. Sunday we did an actual celebration at the ranch, with cupcakes and presents from mom, dad, and the boys. He liked the boys present way better.

Happy 7th birthday Benjamin.

Lame pj present from mom and dad.

I love my Thomas the Train set!! Thanks Nathan and Isaac.

Ryan decided I would look good in frosting lipstick.
And I HAD to give him a kiss while wearing my frosting lipstick!

Terrific Two's!!!!

Heck who am I kidding the terrible two's have struck the Williamson Home. On this day two years ago Isaac Richard Williamson was born into this world at 3:05 p.m. My sweet little calm boy is now a busy, climbing, loud, and super energetic boy. We are so blessed to have this aggressive little boy in our lives. We wouldn't trade him for anything in the world. We love you Isaac!! Happy 2nd birthday!!!!
Minutes after birth Isaac was still red and puffy!!
Super exited dad with having another son, and me a bit exhausted!!!

Happy Birthday to Me!!!!!

Today is my 25th birthday and I'm not quite sure how I feel about not being in my early 20's. I feel like all of a sudden I have to grow up now! YUCK!!!! I actually thought today was going to be an uneventful day because Ryan is super busy with musical practice, the election is going on, and its a weekday. But it has turned out so good!! My friend Kim called yesterday and invited me to go to her house for lunch since it was going to be my b-day and she totally surprised me with guests (Maria, Melissa, and Erica) and a total gluten free meal. Even the cake was gluten free, the whole meal was delicious and I could not stop eating!!! Thanks Kim for my wonderful birthday lunch. And thanks to Maria for my super cute fall apples!! Ryan and I had agreed not to celebrate until Sunday when he actually had a free day but my wonderful husband surprised me with flowers. While I was at lunch at Kim's he came home from work and set up my flowers and left me a wonderful phone message. I just love that guy!!! My wonderful visiting teacher Joleen came over with this awesome candle, it reminds me of Christmas. Then Memaw gave me one of the best presents ever!!! Money and baby sitting of the kids so I could go buy whatever I wanted kid free!!! I hadn't done that since I had kids!!! It was a wonderful birthday!!!!!!

Halloween.

It seemed like Halloween came way to quick this year. Things are a bit crazy at the Williamson home. So this year we did not have a family themed costume, which seemed to disappoint some people but hey what can you do??? The boys LOVED Halloween this year and who couldn't with all the candy they got. We started our candy fest at the church's trunk or treat party. I was so glad that Cheryl Jenkins did not disappoint and did have popcorn balls again this year. I seriously had been looking forward to them for a year. Needless to say my popcorn ball was devoured a long time ago. Then on Friday morning we went to the CARC Farm where the boys got to trick or treat there since Isaac is getting Speech Therapy. That night we took the boys down our street and to a church carnival that was going on down our street. The boys probably have enough candy to last them till Christmas, but Ryan and I are really trying to remedy that!!
