New Year, New resolution!!

2010 is now upon us and my blog is still on July of 2009. Lame I know!! I could use the whole I have four kids excuse but really it has been my recent facebook addiction that has made me neglect my blog. But one of my resolutions this year to keep this as much up to date as I can, so with that I will try to recap from August until now. Get ready for a picture and information overload.
August:
Before school started we spent most of our day fighting crime. The boys would let me be the damsel in distress for the most part, although there were days when I had to be the bad guy.

We decided to take some mini vacations before school started. First we went to the Carlsbad Caverns and the kids thought that having lunch in a cave was the coolest thing ever.

Boys at the Caverns.

At the end of the tour, starting to get tired.

We went to Albuquerque to see Grandpa, Uncle Greg and an outing at Uncle Cliffs.
The boys made grandpa do pushes while they were both on his back.

Nathan thinks its really cool that grandpa is a sheriff.

I think Uncle Greggy likes little Elizabeth.

The boys waiting for a ride at Uncle Cliffs.
Riley Roo goes on a mission!! He is serving in the Riverside California mission.

Kids go to school!!! I was super exited for this having all the kids at home gets very hectic and I was ready for the break. This year was Isaac's first year in school, and after I stopped crying I was really happy to have him in school two days a week.

Outside the school, Isaac a bit nervous.

I just love this pic!! Daddy walking them in.

Nathan and his teacher Ms. Julie.

Isaac's first teacher Ms. Melissa.

After much debating I convince Ryan to let me pierce Elizabeth's ears, after all she is half Mexican.

Getting ready!!!

With a little tear!!
September:
Ryan gets to go to the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium to watch BYU dominate over the Sooners!!!

Outside the huge stadium.
Yaya gets her mission call to Copenhagen, Denmark!!!

The hubby becomes our hero and kills a rattle snake!!!
This was right outside Marianne's carport door waiting for us!!
October:
Nathan turns 5!! I can't believe he is that big!!!
Nathan loves to dress up and he got a cop outfit so he can look just like grandpa!
I became a US Citizen!!!
That's me swearing in!!!
Halloween time

Ryan always does the pumpkin carving, I can't be trusted with a knife.

Ryan and I got to go out on our first date since having Elizabeth. We went to an awesome masquerade mystery murder ball thrown by Andrea Smith.

Andrea and I.

My hubby got murdered!!!

The family was the cast from Toy Story 2. Nathan as Woody, Isaac as Buzz, and Benjamin as Bullseye. Ryan and I were actually Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head. (Sorry no pic of us)

Baby Girls was Little Bo Peep.
November:
This month is full of Birthdays and a gal bladder removal surgery for yours truly.

I turned 26!!!
Isaac turned 3!
Ryan and I got to go to the BYU vs. UNM game before I got sliced open.
Benjamin turned 8!!! I still can't believe how old he is.
December:
Hectic month, just like it is forever everybody else. Ryan and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary!! Sorry no pics, we had a date planned, but the day of our anniversary Isaac had the stomach flu, so we spent our anniversary in our pj's watching a movie and eating a whataburger! This years Christmas was also different, instead of us going to our families they came to us. Marianne and Erin spent Christmas in Utah so Greggy spent Christmas with us and we enjoyed having him in our home, especially the boys. And instead of us going to my family's big party they came to our house the day after Christmas. It was nice to have a quiet holiday and to start some new traditions.
It snowed in NM!!! Our new home in the first snow.
We decorated a gingerbread house.
We took pics for Christmas cards which I still need to send out.
So there you have it! I am officially caught up and it only took three hours!!! Never again! I will stay on track with my blog.
