We are so blessed to have this aggressive little boy in our lives. We wouldn't trade him for anything in the world. We love you Isaac!! Happy 2nd birthday!!!!

Happy Birthday to Me!!!!!

Today is my 25th birthday and I'm not quite sure how I feel about not being in my early 20's. I feel like all of a sudden I have to grow up now! YUCK!!!! I actually thought today was going to be an uneventful day because Ryan is super busy with musical practice, the election is going on, and its a weekday. But it has turned out so good!! My friend Kim called yesterday and invited me to go to her house for lunch since it was going to be my b-day and she totally surprised me with guests (Maria, Melissa, and Erica) and a total gluten free meal. Even the cake was gluten free, the whole meal was delicious and I could not stop eating!!! Thanks Kim for my wonderful birthday lunch. And thanks to Maria for my super cute fall apples!! Ryan and I had agreed not to celebrate until Sunday when he actually had a free day but my wonderful husband surprised me with flowers. While I was at lunch at Kim's he came home from work and set up my flowers and left me a wonderful phone message. I just love that guy!!! My wonderful visiting teacher Joleen came over with this awesome candle, it reminds me of Christmas. Then Memaw gave me one of the best presents ever!!! Money and baby sitting of the kids so I could go buy whatever I wanted kid free!!! I hadn't done that since I had kids!!! It was a wonderful birthday!!!!!!

Halloween.

It seemed like Halloween came way to quick this year. Things are a bit crazy at the Williamson home. So this year we did not have a family themed costume, which seemed to disappoint some people but hey what can you do??? The boys LOVED Halloween this year and who couldn't with all the candy they got. We started our candy fest at the church's trunk or treat party. I was so glad that Cheryl Jenkins did not disappoint and did have popcorn balls again this year. I seriously had been looking forward to them for a year. Needless to say my popcorn ball was devoured a long time ago. Then on Friday morning we went to the CARC Farm where the boys got to trick or treat there since Isaac is getting Speech Therapy. That night we took the boys down our street and to a church carnival that was going on down our street. The boys probably have enough candy to last them till Christmas, but Ryan and I are really trying to remedy that!!

Pumpkin Carving!!!

Last Sunday we finally got to carve our pumpkin. It was one of the few hours we had when Ryan wasn't practicing for something! Nathan was super exited because he got to pick out the pumpkin and i was right behind him in the excitement meter because this was the first time I was going to carve a pumpkin. But since I'm not good at ALL with knifes I let Ryan do all the carving while I supervised. We tried to take turns letting the boys clean out the inside of the pumpkin but Nathan totally refused to stick his hand in the pumpkin, Isaac would a finger in the pumpkin and scream "EEWWW!!!", Benjamin was the only one of the kiddos to take some of the "guts" out but he was totally disgusted throughout the whole ordeal. So the cleaning was left up to Ryan and I (Ryan did most of the cleaning). After the whole carving I decided to be a good mom and clean out the seeds so we could toast them and enjoy them. Unfortunately I toasted them a bit to much, so Nathan, Isaac, and I are the only ones enjoying the semi burnt seeds.
Let the carving begin!! Nathan "helping Ryan".

EEWW was shouted by all three boys!!

Benjamin totally disgusted by having to clean out the pumpkin!!

Isaac barely getting his finger in the pumpkin.

YUMMY!!! Does this say anything about my cooking???

TA DA!!!! Good pumpkin carving honey!!!

Weekend in Albuquerque!!

Last weekend we went to Albuquerque to have a specialist look at Isaac's hand. Which only led to another appointment with a micro hand surgeon in November. Hopefully this next specialist can fix Isaac's fingers. While we were in Albuquerque Grandpa Richie and Grandma Cheri had a joint birthday bash for the boys. They had a blast!! And how could they not when they had the 4 "p's"(pizza, pasta, pinata, and presents.)
Nemo pinata. The kids had no problem hitting Nemo once they found out it was full of candy.

Resourceful Grandpa Richie used one of his ties for a blind fold.

Benjamin totally CHEATED!!!!

While Nathan did a couple of ninja moves.

Isaac was way to little to even make it hard for.

Uncle Greg was having WAY to much fun making the kids miss the pinata.

After having the kids hit the pinata for 15 mins. with no candy to show, daddy decided to hit the pinata. He missed judged his super strength, but it did get the loot out.

Happy 7th Benjamin!!!

Happy 4th Nathan!!!

Happy 2nd Isaac!!!
Even more resourceful was Uncle Greggy and his gift wrapping for the boys!!

On Saturday the family went to the Albuquerque Temple with Shana-banana for her first time.
But the best part of the whole weekend was when we went out to eat and the boys totally ignored me and stayed with daddy during dinner!!! This was the first time in years that I truly got to enjoy a meal.

Happy 4th Birthday Nathan!!!

Nathan's Birthday was last Sunday Oct. 5th. I know I'm pretty lame just posting about his birthday but life as been kinda crazy. I can't believe my little opinionated man is already four years old. It seems like just yesterday Ryan and I were driving to the hospital calling family to let them know it was time. That was the night that grandpa Richie broke many many many speeding laws trying to get to Las Cruces in time to see his first grandson. And after 8 hours of delivery, which I totally did not mind because of the wonderful drugs given to me by that angel anesthesiologist, little Nathan Ryan Williamson was placed in my arms, but not before grandpa and dad checked to make sure he had all ten fingers and toes.

Here are some pics of Nathan's Pirate Birthday Party:

A special thanks to my daddy-o for providing nachos, which I had been craving, and delicious hot dogs. And to Krystle and Barry Ricks for Nathan's awesome Pirate cake.
